Beautiful scenery abounds in the Columbia River Gorge. These are some photos I've taken over the years that capture gorgeous glimpses of why the gorge is a National Scenic Area.

Amy: What lovely pictures. Oregon is such a gorgeous place. I spent five weeks in the Portland area late in 1999. Unfortunately it rain 33 out of 35 days... so I did not get to see much of the local beauty. The only "falls" I got to see was the little bitty one on the Willamette River near Oregon City. But... even that was nice. Thanks for sharing.
Amy: Aren't we lucky to live here in the Beautiful Pacific Northwest!
If you ever have a referral coming over here to the Lewis-Clark Valley let me know if I can help with your buyer/seller! I hope you have a GREAT 2009!
I love the Pacific Northwest - lived there for about 5 years (Spokane, but traveled a lot too). Miss the easy access to the Rockies and Canada!
wow - amazing pictures of your area...thanks for the post
Wow!! The photos are exquisite! I've only been to the West Coast 2x - and both times were real estate conferences in San Francisco. Your area looks like a must-see someday!
