Willow Ponds is a newer PUD(Planned Unit Development) located in Hood River on 20 acres just west of town. In the Willow Ponds neighborhood about 30% of the land is designated to open space. There are views of both Mt. Hood and Mt. Adams, as well as the gorge hills of Washington & Oregon, and natural wetlands. There are no curbs and sidewalks in Willow Ponds which give it a natural, more rural feeling setting. Homes are specifically designed and suited to each site with many custom upgrades and features. There are four planned phases in the Willow Ponds development. Here are pictures I took yesterday of some of the homes in Willow Ponds.
