The Klickitat Trail is a nearly level 31 mile old railroad corridor that extends from Lyle, Washington to Klickitat, Washington. It follows the Wild & Scenic Klickitat RIver for 11 miles then winds it's way up through Swale Canyon. You can enjoy spectacular river and canyon views along the trail, as well as oak and pine forests,and gorge wildflowers. The Klickitat Trail Conservancy is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to preserving and promoting the Klickitat Rails to Trails as a special recreational asset.
