There were 44 homes sold gorge wide last month, August 2009.

I listed a house in Hood River on 8/18/2009. It had an offer in 7 days and closed on 9/11/2009. This was a cash sale. Another recent closing I had was all cash as well. There are buyers here in the gorge and they are making offers.
