Skamania County Home Sales July 2008

According to the RMLS data there were 3 listed residential sales and no (0) unimproved property sales in Skamania County in the month of July 2008.

The good news for Skamania County is there are 6 homes and 6 unimproved lots/land currently under contract and sale pending . 

These are the sales for Skamania County for July-a total of 3:

  • Stevenson- 1 condo  Sold for $246,000
  • Carson- 1 single family home-Sold for $192,610   and 1 manufactured home- Sold for $200,000 

There are currently 127 residential properties on the market in Skamania County. These homes range from an older single wide manufactured home in North Bonneville for $59,900 to a RIVERFRONT ESTATE in Stevenson on over 10 acres which includes 2 homes-a 6000s/f Main home plus a guest house for $2,950,000. 

There are also plenty of unimproved properties in Skamania County to choose from.  There are 111 properties currently listed ranging in price from $58,900 for an oversized lot in Stevenson to $2,500,000 for a 22+ acre approved 70 lot subdivision in Stevenson.

The Dalles, Wasco County

I was in The Dalles a couple days ago to go to Home Depot which is really nice that it's only 20 minutes from Hood River. While there I thought I'd check out what's happening at the Lone Pine Village development on the east end of town.  Some of the roads are in and a beautiful waterscape park area is in. There were a couple workers installing paver sidewalks.  I read in the Hood River News that they are having an open house Saturdays & Sundays from noon-4.

 

Below is the bridge from The Dalles, Oregon to Dallesport, WA. It is a free bridge, no toll charges.

Sunday walk in Hood River
